Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. McLaughlin was appointed President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Neos Board of Directors in June 2018. From 2014 until 2018, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of AgeneBio, a CNS biopharmaceutical company. Prior to this, Mr. McLaughlin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of NuPathe from 2007 until its acquisition by Teva Pharmaceuticals in 2014. Previously, Mr. McLaughlin served in a variety of commercial leadership roles at Endo Pharmaceuticals and Merck. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard Eisenstadt has served as our Chief Financial Officer since May 2014. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of ArborGen from 2013 to 2014, and as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Tranzyme, now part of Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, from June to December. He previously held financial leadership positions at Cogent Neuroscience and Nimbus CD International. Mr. Eisenstadt received his M.B.A. from James Madison University and his B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
John Limongelli, Esq.
Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
John Limongelli has served as our Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since March 2019. Before joining Neos, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer at Trevena from 2014 to 2019. Previously, he was Vice President, Associate Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Cigna Corporation, a partner at a Philadelphia-area law firm, and Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Adolor Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Limongelli held roles of increasing responsibility with Cephalon. Mr. Limongelli began his legal career in private practice with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP. Before his legal career, he was a certified public accountant with KPMG LLP. Mr. Limongelli earned both his J.D. and M.B.A. from Temple University.
Vice President of Operations
Margaret Cabano has served as our Vice President of Operations since 2005. She has 21 years of industry experience and leads all aspects of manufacturing operations, including supply chain, engineering, and technical services. Prior to joining Neos, Ms. Cabano worked in operations and supply chain management for Adams Respiratory Therapeutics and Cardinal Health. Ms. Cabano holds an M.B.A. in Operations Management Science and a B.A. in Supply Chain Logistics from the University of North Texas.
Vice President of Human Resources
Sarah Foster has served as our Vice President of Human Resources since August 2019. Prior to joining Neos, Sarah served in executive Human Resources roles at Galera Therapeutics and Trevena, most recently as Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, Ms. Foster was an HR Business Partner in the Global Specialty R&D organization at Teva Pharmaceuticals and a member of the Human Resources team at Adolor Corporation. Sarah holds a B.S. in Psychology from Arizona State University.
Senior Vice President of Research & Development
Russ McMahen has 30 years of industry experience specializing in the development of solid, liquid and suspension dosage forms. Mr. McMahen oversees the development of new products and technology. He is the co-inventor of the DTRS® and RDIM™ ion exchange delivery technologies that were utilized to develop the modified release microparticles that are used in Neos’ products. At Neos, Mr. McMahen has held various positions including Senior Vice President, Research & Development, Executive Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Scientific Affairs. Prior to joining Neos, Mr. McMahen served at Zenith/Goldline Laboratories which was subsequently acquired by Ivax Pharmaceuticals. He has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
Vice President of Quality Assurance
M. Asif Mughal has more than 27 years of experience of increasing responsibility in Quality Management leadership with extensive experience designing, deploying and enforcing global operational excellence programs in highly regulated industries. In his last two assignments for West-Ward Pharmaceuticals and EMD Chemicals (an affiliate of Merck KGaA), Mr. Mughal had international and domestic quality systems responsibility across multiple sites. Mr. Mughal earned his B.S. in Chemistry from Temple University.
Vice President, Commercial
Greg Pyszczymuka has served as our Vice President, Commercial since June 2020. He previously served as Vice President, Commercial Strategy & Market Access from November 2018 to June 2020 and as Executive Director of Channel Strategy & Access Programs. Prior to joining Neos, Greg has served in roles of increasing responsibility over a 15-year career including sales management, brand management, channel strategy, managed markets and new products planning. Greg joined Neos most recently from Aqua Pharmaceuticals (an Almirall company) and previously was with Iroko Pharmaceuticals, Zogenix, and Endo Pharmaceuticals. He holds a B.S. from Rutgers University and an M.B.A from Argosy University.
