Alan Heller, Chairman

Alan Heller has over 30 years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Heller currently holds a position as an Operating Partner at Water Street Healthcare Partners and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Savient and AAI Pharma Services. He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a BS from the University of Illinois, Chicago.

Christopher Clement

Christopher Clement served as CEO and President of Savient Pharmaceuticals Inc., formerly Bio-Technology General Corp. Mr. Clement served as Chairman and CEO of Epicyte Pharmaceutical Inc., and as Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at Ares-Serono Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Business from Mercy College.

Bryant Fong

Bryant Fong is a Managing Director at Burrill & Company, where he gained more than 12 years of industry experience. Mr. Fong currently serves on the Boards of Directors for a number of private companies. Mr. Fong holds a Bachelor’s degree with honors in Molecular and Cell Biology-Biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.

Karl Handelsman

Karl Handelsman is a Managing Director at CMEA Capital, where he has 11 years of investing experience. Mr. Handelsman was one of the first employees of the Whitehead Institute, a premier research organization within Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He holds graduate degrees from both MIT and Harvard Medical School.

Ralph Iannelli

Ralph Iannelli is the CEO and founder of Santa Barbara based asset management firm Essex Capital Corporation. Mr. Iannelli maintains relationships with well-known venture capital firms and has held management positions at IBM and executive positions at Nixdorf Computer and Pitney Bowes. Mr. Iannelli is a graduate of St. Josephs College and attended the University of Chicago.

Greg Robitaille

Greg Robitaille is responsible for corporate development at Water Street Healthcare Partners, where he manages the strategic development and acquisition activities of specialty health care distributor Sarnova. Mr. Robitaille also spent 10 years with Equity Group Investments, the primary investment company of Sam Zell. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from Columbia University.
